Idea
A bread board that has raised surface with gaps in (say a 5mm gap followed by a 10mm surface) which would then allow crumbs to drop down below allowing you to always have a clean cutting area and all the crumbs would be contained in the compartment below.
Reasoning
Crumbs are a bitch.
